Joines Home Inspection Services is owned and operated by Jarrett Joines. He is licensed through the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board (NCHILB) and North Carolina Onsite Wastewater Contractor Inspector Certification Board (NCOWCICB).

He received his exceptional training with The Home Inspection Training Center (THIT), a highly regarded organization recognized as a leader in home inspection training in North Carolina. He is a member of Inspector Nation, a national and North Carolina organization of Home Inspectors, keeping him up to date on information and training with home inspection industry, code supports, NC board and National certification.

His attention to detail, background in building trades, and knowledge about all aspects of a home makes him an excellent inspector.

CONVENIENCE

In addition to our quality services, we are also Triangle Multiple Listing Service (TMLS) and Sentricard key accessed, allowing us to perform home inspections in a timely manner. We can provide home inspection services whether the seller, buyer, or agents are not on site. We do encourage for you and your agent to be present on site, allowing you to ask questions as you learn about the condition of your home, how its systems work, and how to maintain them. Within 24 hours after the inspection has been completed, we send an electronic home inspection report. Your reports is generated using IRBpro Software and is easily accessible from any computer or mobile device. This report contains detailed information, photos, explanation and recommendations about the defects of the home.
